ABOUT CWC
Cornerstone Worship Center exists to bring glory to God by changing lives in our neighborhood and throughout our world. We are committed to providing a contemporary worship experience, dynamic preaching, authentic community and ministry options to reach people where they are. The mission of our church is to reach the lost and then equip them with what they need to go back into the community to reach more people. Jesus calls us to go and make disciples (Matthew 28:19), and we are carrying that out in ways that people find relevant and engaging. Cornerstone Worship Center is a place where you feel welcomed, accepted and challenged to go deeper in your walk with Jesus Christ.
If you would like to know more about our church, we invite you to check out our Visitor's page, as well as our Beliefs and staff Bios. Thank you for visiting our web site, and we look forward to you worshipping with us soon.

Additionally, through prayer, commitment, discipleship and instruction in the Spirit-led life, we will impact our families, our church, our community and our world through the use of the unique gifts given to each of us.
OUR STORY
Cornerstone Worship Center was founded on March 27, 2005. This church plant was a vision of Superintendent Eddie Turner, who first asked Pastor Jimmy Russell to come to Clarksville, Tennessee. Pastor Jimmy's desire was to bring connection and community to the people of our city. On that Easter Sunday, his vision met in that location for nine months before moving to a vacant storefront site on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. And the extent of Pastor Jimmy's desire to reach the people of his community was expanded with a surge in attendance and the commitment of the congregation to carry out the church's mission to reach the lost. Because of God's blessings, Cornerstone Worship Center now has a new avenue of outreach with its bigger, 18,000-square-foot facility that sits on 28 acres. The new building includes 11 classrooms, offices, a fellowship hall and a sanctuary capable of seating 350 people. Future expansion plans include adding a 4,000-seat sanctuary, a youth facility, an education wing, an outdoor amphitheater, walking tracks, pavilions and softball and soccer fields. Regardless of where we meet, CWC continues to equip its people with the Commission of Jesus Christ and makes church relatable to everyone.
